Clarocode Announces Fllory Correa as New CEO
Corporate Restructuring to Diversify Capabilities
Annandale, VA – August 23, 2007 – Clarocode Company, LLC, a leader in Organizational Improvement solutions, has announced the appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer, Fllory Correa. Additionally, Gavin Dock, President of Clarocode, has assumed control of Clarocode’s Technology Advancement Division, while Executive Director Scott E. Force has provided leadership in the newly created Hispanic Outreach Division. The team anticipates that this new structure will help take Clarocode into the next phase of steady growth.

Possessing broad and deep experience in the community outreach, corporate diversity, and human resources sectors, Ms. Correa has worked for many leading companies in a senior capacity including Verizon Communications; JP Morgan & Co., Inc., London; and the New York City Department of General Services. Over the past two decades, Ms. Correa has worked as a Senior Organizational Development Engineer, Human Resources Manager, and Compliance Analyst.

Amigas y Vecinas (Families and Neighbors ) an Official Clarocode Community Program
Annandale, VA – July 2007 – Clarocode has expanded their corporate mentoring approach beyond Organizational Process Improvement and Software Development to include assistance for families and small businesses in the Hispanic Community.
“Community has always been a cornerstone of the Clarocode model,” according to the company’s President, Gavin Dock. “Over the past several years, we have assisted in the development of the ‘Amigas y Vecinas’ (‘Friends and Neighbors’) group for families who are actively raising their children bilingually (in English and Spanish).
